We just need a minimum of 3 sessions per week. That's it. No 15km runs. No 2-hour gym sessions. Just smart training that fits your schedule.

There's an 8-week minimum commitment. After that, coaching continues on a rolling basis and you just need to give us two weeks' notice if you'd like to finish up. Most clients stay well past 8 weeks — once they see the results, they want to keep going.
